Project Highlights

Marcon supplied various components for the Ride Vehicle, Tracks, Switches, and Maintenance Bay for the Ferrari World rollercoaster.

These included complex machined components that required multiple stages of NDT Testing, pre-machining, post-machining, and heat treatment.

Additional plating, such as EN Plating, was applied to ensure all final dimensions met the required tolerances of +/-0.005” or tighter. The project involved custom materials beyond Marcon’s typical work, creating more opportunities with our client base.

Marcon also contributed to the track layout and procurement for the Maintenance Bay, which involved custom coping for straight tracks and rolled tracks that interlocked during assembly.
