The project draws design inspiration from mid-century Palm Springs glamour, featuring gold lattice artwork at the entry reminiscent of that era.
The suspended artwork, a marvel of engineering, appeared to ‘float’ effortlessly beneath the concrete parapet.
Designing and installing the suspended artwork came with unique challenges—from engineering a hidden support system to achieving the illusion of effortless float beneath the concrete parapet.
Precision and coordination are key, as the gold lattice needs to align seamlessly with the building’s mid-century aesthetic while meeting structural demands.
